Automatic Flipping And Molding Machine

The flip-over and mold-drawing machine is mainly used in resin sand and other self-hardening sand molding lines to complete the flipping and mold-drawing of casting molds. Using PLC control, the flipping and demolding machine adopts a fully hydraulic flexible control system, which makes the whole machine not only move smoothly, but also the demolding cycle is continuously adjustable, which facilitates the synchronous adjustment of the entire casting production line. It is suitable for turning boxes and molding of resin sand and water glass sand molding and core making production lines with or without boxes. The operation has low noise and can be automatic or single-action.
