Cooling Roller

This equipment is mainly used to clean the falling sand of mass-produced castings and slow-cool the workpieces at the same time.

The inner cylinder of the drum is equipped with sieve holes for shaking out sand and transporting castings forward, while the outer cylinder transports old sand in the reverse direction, resulting in high production efficiency.

After the mold enters the inner cylinder, the old sand is quickly shaken out, peeled off and screened out. The overall heat is less and the temperature of the old sand is lower after the sand is shaken out.

The old sand recovery rate is 100%, and crushing and coarse screening are achieved at the same time.
